Those communicating with the Chat Now option can also speak to each other while they are chatting. Of course you will need speakers and a mic to use the voice. To enable the mic/voice, when in Messenger, click the "A/V Settings" and select to "Allow" the Adobe Flash Player Settings then click close. Next click "Open Video Console" on the left side. From the drop down menu click the little speaker button on the left. You will then be able to see your mic respond to your voice. Once the same steps are taken by the person you are communicating with you both will be able to speak to each other. The other little speaker button on the right will then need to be clicked. The speaker button on the right is used for muting the incoming voice. Both participants must have these settings enabled and it is completely hands free, no need to continuously click a button to speak.
